Track Operator Productivity with PulseIQ

A 200-piece order just landed, and it's due Friday. You know your team, but do you know who's actually fastest on a job like this, or who's already been stretched thin all week? PulseIQ has the answers!

With PulseIQ, Tajima machines can record the operator with a simple barcode scan. Operator accounts in PulseIQ connect every job to the operator who ran it. The next time a big order lands, you can plan its production with real data.

One Scan to Clock In

To start, each operator gets their own unique barcode. When they start working at a machine, they scan it, and PulseIQ logs them in. From that moment, everything the machine produces is tied to them until they scan to logout. Their name also appears on the Live Machine Status page, so anyone checking in can see who's running what at a glance.

There are no passwords to type at the panel and nothing to remember. Operators move between machines throughout the day, and a quick scan keeps the record straight.

Track Operator Productivity Over Time

Once operators are scanning in, PulseIQ builds a record of each person's production. Over weeks and months, that record shows how much each operator produces, how their output changes over time, and how the team performs as a whole.

That makes it easier to recognize the people who consistently keep machines running, spot where extra training could help, and balance work more evenly across your embroidery team. It also changes the conversation. Instead of relying on memory or rough estimates, you have real production data to point to.

A PulseIQ Login for Every Operator

Each operator also gets their own PulseIQ account, so their role can go beyond logging in and out. Operator Accounts have limited functionality but can be used to send designs to machines or recolor designs, without waiting on a manager. The people closest to the machines get access to the tools to keep production moving.

Knowing who ran a job is the first step to understanding how your embroidery shop really performs. To start tracking operators with PulseIQ Analytics, contact your local Tajima distributor.
