Send Designs to Your Machines Online
With USB transfers, every time a job wraps up, someone must take the time to walk to the machine and set up the next design. What may seem like a small amount of time gets exponentially larger with each design loaded and each passing day. PulseIQ lets you line up your work ahead of time, so the next design is already waiting whenever the machine is ready. There are three ways to send designs to machines with PulseIQ.

Send to the Design Queue
Pick one or more designs, choose which machine(s) you plan to stitch them on, and hit send. That's it. Your designs are waiting in a queue on each machine, ready when you are.
Instead of searching your machines’ design library or plugging in a USB drive with thousands of files, operators open the queue and see only the designs sent for the job at hand.

Send Straight to the Panel
Have you ever had a last-minute order and needed a design ready to go right away? In Queue mode, you can also send a design directly to the machine panel. Select your machine(s), press Send to Panel, and the design loads immediately, ready to stitch.
Scan a QR Code at the Machine
With QR Code mode, one click prepares your design for all your PulseIQ-enabled machines. At the machine, scan the QR code from the design page on a computer, smartphone or tablet, or from a printed design worksheet, and the design automatically loads on that machine. It's a natural fit for shops that already send worksheets to the floor: the paperwork and the design travel together. QR code scanning is available with PulseIQ Analytics.

Whichever way you send, PulseIQ cuts the time between finishing a design and stitching it.
