Key Features & Benefits

(1) Real-Time Status clearly shows how many machines are currently running, idle, and stopped. This information is bolded and placed at the top so operators and production managers can quickly identify issues from anywhere on the floor to maximize hourly output.

(2) Machine Details displays machine name, current design, operator, and status to help supervisors understand the cause of downtime and track efficiency.

(3) Stitch Progress Bar displays the current stitch count of each machine to ensure operators and managers stay synced without constant check-ins.

(4) Timeline Graph visualizes completed pieces over a selected time to forecast production capacity and avoid bottlenecks.

Customizable Components

Go to the left-hand toolbar in the PulseID admin page and click configuration > Administration > Settings > Admin and scroll down to “Live Machine Status” to configure. Customization options include:

Rolling view: Periodically scrolls through your machines so you can keep track of your entire operation from one screen. This is very helpful for managing large productions.

Machine Filters: Set which machines are displayed based on event type, such as thread break, manual stop, or completed design.
